Your step-by-step guide to earning, using, and withdrawing cashback at BigMobiles
At BigMobiles, we reward our customers with real cashback on gadget purchases. You can use your cashback for discount deductions on future orders or withdraw it directly into your bank account or UPI ID.

1. Earning Cashback on Orders
Look for the cashback tag on smartphones, smart tablets, and accessories throughout our website. When you place an order, the corresponding cashback amount will be logged under your transaction statement as **Pending**.
Once our administrator confirms the order delivery and processes your payment invoice (marked as **Completed** in your dashboard), the pending cashback points will instantly move to your active wallet balance.
2. Redeeming Cashback on Checkout
Redeeming your cashback is simple and automatic:
- At the checkout screen, your active cashback wallet balance is displayed.
- You can select the amount of cashback you want to apply to reduce your payment sub-total.
- The applied cashback is instantly deducted from your cart total.
3. Withdrawing Cashback to Bank or UPI
Instead of using it on future orders, you can cash out your wallet balance to your physical bank account or UPI ID:
Step 1: Save Payout Method Details
Go to your Account Profile page and complete either of these sections:
- **Bank Account:** Bank Name, Account Holder Name, Bank Account Number, and IFSC Code.
- **UPI ID:** Virtual Payment Address (VPA, e.g. name@upi) and Registered Payee Name.
Step 2: Submit a Withdrawal Request
Visit the Withdraw Cashback page from your transaction wallet page:
- Select your preferred payout method (Bank Transfer or UPI Transfer).
- Input the withdrawal amount (up to your total withdrawable balance) and submit.
- The amount is instantly debited from your wallet to prevent double-spending.
Step 3: Verification & Settlement
Our finance team reviews all requests. Once the transfer is completed, the status updates to **Completed** along with the bank reference Transaction ID. If a transfer fails or gets rejected (due to incorrect details), the balance is automatically refunded back to your virtual wallet.
Important Guidelines
- Cashback points are credited once order delivery is confirmed by the system.
- Surcharges may apply depending on transaction gateway configurations.
- Ensure IFSC code, Bank Account number, or UPI VPA are 100% correct to prevent transfer delays.
