3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Once payment verification is successfully completed, your order is dispatched immediately:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed over to our shipping courier partners within 24 to 48 business hours.

Important Recommendation: We strongly recommend users to record a continuous unboxing video when opening the shipping package for the first time. In the extremely rare event of transit damage or missing accessories, this video acts as necessary proof to claim replacements immediately.
