1. Services Provided by BigMobiles

BigMobiles acts as an online catalog and e-commerce portal providing mobile phones, electronic accessories, and smart devices. While we make every attempt to ensure product listings, regular pricing, technical specifications, and cashback rates are accurate, typographical or database listing errors may occasionally occur.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect cashback details, BigMobiles reserves the right to cancel or adjust placed orders, issuing a full refund of any amount already debited.

2. Membership & Account Eligibility

Use of the BigMobiles portal is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors (individuals under the age of 18) are not eligible to register as independent members or execute checkout operations without parent/guardian supervision.

Users must register using a unique credential (valid email ID or active mobile number). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session, wallet transactions, and profile data, and for restricting unauthorized access to your account devices.

3. Payment, Transactions & Bank Limitations

While using any payment method available on our site, BigMobiles shall not be held liable or assume responsibility for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction/s from your card issuer or banking institution.
• Exceeding the preset transaction limits mutually agreed between you and your bank.
• Any payment-related issues, timeouts, or failure loops arising out of the transaction.
• Decline of transactions by payment gateway providers for any other security reason/s.

All payments made against purchases on the portal must be in Indian Rupees (INR). Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI payments, and card transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateway channels.

4. Virtual Wallet & Cashback Policy

• Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or refunded to physical bank accounts.

5. Shipping & Delivery Commitments

Products are shipped to the exact shipping details entered on your user profile. Users are forced to input complete delivery details (street address, city, state, pincode, contact phone) before placing orders. BigMobiles is not liable for delivery failures or returns due to incorrect address information provided by the user.

Shipping is free across major regions in India. Delivery schedules depend on carrier routing and location constraints. Courier details and tracking IDs are provided in your Order History page upon dispatch.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all transaction agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
